Job Responsibilities:
- Flexible Scheduling: Part-time and full-time hours with both lunch and dinner shifts available.
- Elevated Guest Experience: Provide impeccable, anticipatory service to high-end clientele, ensuring a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Menu & Beverage Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our authentic French menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and expert wine pairing recommendations.
- Seamless Service: Efficiently manage orders, coordinate pacing with the culinary team, and execute elegant tableside service in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to food allergen management protocols, proper food storage, and temperature control guidelines to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous high-end dining experience is strictly required (minimum 2 years in upscale or fine dining preferred).
- Restaurant Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of restaurant operations, fine dining etiquette, and steps of service.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask efficiently, and work collaboratively with front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Availability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
