Electrical Estimator – Union Electrical Construction
Are you an electrical estimating professional with deep roots in the NYC market? Want to join a high-performing team and spearhead major competitive bids for an established union electrical contractor?
We are looking for an Electrical Estimator to strengthen our estimating department. Based out of our Nassau County office, you will oversee bids servicing the 5 Boroughs of New York City, driving strategy across a diverse, high-value project portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Oversee budget development, risk management, and final bid closures.
Direct complex bids for large infrastructure upgrades, healthcare renovations, commercial interiors, and major retail fit-outs.
Navigate NECA/IBEW union labor rates (Local 3) to ensure hyper-accurate, competitive bidding.
What we're looking for:
5 years of electrical estimating experience.
Proven track record bidding complex projects in the NYC metro area.
Strong knowledge of NYC Electrical Code, local agency standards, and union labor structures.
Experience with Accubid (or similar advanced estimating software) is highly preferred.

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
