Pierogi Bar, located at 6661 Central Ave in St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our strong culinary team. We specialize in authentic Ukrainian and Eastern European cuisine, and we’re looking for someone who shares our appreciation for traditional flavors and cooking customs.
Ideal Candidate:
A motivated, reliable, and ambitious individual with a solid understanding of Ukrainian and Eastern European culinary traditions. Prior kitchen experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Prep ingredients including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces
- Cook menu items alongside the rest of the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Properly store leftovers and manage inventory
Qualifications:
- Prior cooking or back-of-house experience preferred
- Reliable with consistent schedule availability
