Piercing Strategies is seeking a Marketing & Thought Leadership Intern to help expand the visibility of our Human First™ platform and support our mission of helping organizations navigate leadership, transformation, and AI adoption.

We work with organizations across industries to develop leaders, strengthen talent pipelines, and navigate organizational change.
- Research conferences and speaking opportunities
- Identify podcast guest opportunities
- Track award and recognition opportunities
- Maintain a speaker opportunity pipeline
- Repurpose LinkedIn content into articles, graphics, and newsletters
- Create Canva graphics and social media assets
- Support thought leadership campaigns
- Assist with content planning
- Research trends related to AI adoption, leadership, and workplace transformation
- Gather statistics and supporting research
- Monitor industry conversations
- Support podcast outreach
- Assist with speaker submissions
- Coordinate guest content opportunities
- Track marketing and visibility metrics
- Strong writer and researcher
- Familiar with Wordpress, LinkedIn and Canva
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive
- Interested in leadership, marketing, communications, or business
- Paid internship
- 10–12 hours per week
- 10–12 week project
- Fully remote
