The Digital Marketing Manager oversees USGIF’s online presence, ensuring that website content, digital communications, and social channels are cohesive, data-driven, and aligned with organizational goals. This role is deeply hands-on and responsible for day-to-day execution across all digital marketing functions. Responsibilities: Manage content updates to the USGIF website (WordPress), including page updates, announcements, blog posts, sponsor information, and more. Build, send, and track all email and social media marketing campaigns in HubSpot; maintain lists, workflows, and reporting dashboards. Oversee content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics across platforms. Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns. Produce regular analytics reports across web, email, social, and advertising; identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to support event promotions, membership campaigns, and content distribution. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. 1-3 of years of digital marketing experience. Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Pro. Strong experience with WordPress. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to execute quickly. GEOINT/national security experience a plus.
