Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and community involvement
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements for customer projects
- Follow up with customers to address questions and provide ongoing support
- Attend regular sales meetings and collaborate with team members
- Manage and track product sample check-out procedures
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure for job site measurements
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals
- Availability to work some Saturdays
Compensation
Guaranteed base salary of $48,000 per year plus commission opportunities.
