The Den at Clemson is a student housing property in Clemson, SC. It serves the students of Clemson University.
What you’ll do
The Leasing & Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to drive the property’s leasing efforts through brand recognition and reputation, with a focus on retention of existing residents, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing of future availability. Working closely with the Community Manager, this position ensures creative targeted campaigns and events are executed within the Pierce Education Properties brand. This position is expected to utilize knowledge of trending marketing techniques to impact sales and leasing efforts, specifically related to college students. The Leasing & Marking Director is also expected to develop and lead a leasing team who have the skills to provide excellent customer service and support the goal of 100% occupancy.

What we look for
- 2 years of leasing for off-campus student housing apartments preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree or proven success in a Leasing Director position preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- High-energy and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
