Role Description
The Leasing and Marketing Director will oversee and implement leasing and marketing strategies to maintain full occupancy and maximum resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting market research, planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing leasing processes, and training onsite teams. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Athens, GA, requiring collaboration with team members and stakeholders to meet property objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Marketing Management, Market Planning, and executing effective marketing strategies
- Strong expertise in Market Research to identify trends and opportunities
- Understanding of Sales processes and tenant acquisition strategies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in student housing or real estate is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
