This is a full-time on-site role located in San Diego, California for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a student housing community, ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing leasing activity, managing resident relations, supervising staff, administering budgets, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with all property management policies. The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and fostering a positive community environment.
- Experience in property management operations, including leasing and resident relations
