Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in San Diego, California for a Community Manager. The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of a student housing community, ensuring the property runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing leasing activity, managing resident relations, supervising staff, administering budgets, coordinating with maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with all property management policies. The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and fostering a positive community environment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in property management operations, including leasing and resident relations
  • Strong financial and budget management skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local regulations and compliance related to property management
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain a positive and inclusive community environment
  • Previous experience in student housing or a similar field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, property management, or related field preferred
