Purpose of Position:
The Nutrition Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful management of the Pierce County Senior Nutrition Program. The purpose of the Senior Nutrition Program is to reduce hunger and food insecurity and promote socialization, health, and well-being among older adults in the community.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in business administration, dietetics or human services related field with three (3) years of recent related work experience required. At least 3 years related office or human services experience required. SERV Safe Certification to be obtained within 6 months of employment; recertification required every 5 years.
Special Requirements
Must be able to pass a background investigation. Must have the ability to us MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WellSky/SAMS.
This position is a FT 40 hours per week position starting at $26.25-$27.74 per hour (depending on qualifications)
