Spa Room Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Room Attendant to maintain a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment for our guests in . The ideal candidate will ensure that all spa rooms are spotless, well-organized, and prepared for client appointments. This role is essential in providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining the high standards of cleanliness expected in a luxury spa setting. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Spa Room Attendant plays a vital role in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering a pristine and serene atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect spa rooms, including treatment tables, chairs, and equipment
• Perform floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure spotless surfaces
• Restock supplies such as towels, linens, and amenities to prepare for upcoming appointments
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, reception areas, and restrooms
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health standards
• Assist with setting up treatment areas for scheduled services
• Report any maintenance issues or supplies shortages to management promptly
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to custodial and industrial cleaning

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and janitorial procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete daily tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and reaching
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service
• Prior experience in industrial cleaning or custodial roles is advantageous but not mandatory
