Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
- Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize flow and satisfaction
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process payments accurately and swiftly
- Handle guest inquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold a professional appearance
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring all details are handled smoothly
- Support food service operations by coordinating with kitchen staff and serving guests when needed
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly and courteously, fostering positive guest relations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Host/Host or Cashier in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to handle inquiries professionally
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Hospitality background, including hotel or guest services experience, is beneficial but not required
