Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong knowledge of beverage preparation, and thrive in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
• Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of beverages at all times.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets, catering functions, or nightclub activities.
• Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising quality.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations diligently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during catering or special events.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety standards.
• Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
• Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or food industry settings is highly desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service practices.
