Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of beverages at all times.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events like banquets, catering functions, or nightclub activities.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising quality.
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations diligently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure seamless service during catering or special events.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume service periods efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, banquet service, or food industry settings is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
