What You’ll Do
As OR / Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the operating rooms and sterile processing workflow, ensuring every case is executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of care.

Lead OR & Sterile Processing Operations:
This role is critical to the success of our surgical service. You will directly impact patient outcomes, team development, and the efficiency of our operating rooms, helping ensure every procedure is performed safely and seamlessly.
Strong leadership in surgical and sterile processing environments is essential to maintaining workflow, patient safety, and team performance in high-volume specialty hospitals
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting (with assistance as needed), and working in a clinical environment with exposure to animals, medical equipment, and surgical conditions.
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position - Monday - Friday - 8am-4pm.
Holidays are required.
Compensation
$30.00-$35.00 an hour depending on experience.

What You’ll Do
As OR / Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the operating rooms and sterile processing workflow, ensuring every case is executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of care.
You Will
Lead OR & Sterile Processing Operations:
- Oversee daily OR workflow, case preparation, and room readiness
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic technique and sterility protocols
- Manage surgical instruments, equipment, and inventory, including implants and supplies
- Coordinate with surgeons, sterile processing, and materials management teams
- Maintain and troubleshoot OR equipment, including coordinating repairs
- Assist surgeons during procedures and anticipate case needs
- Ensure surgical teams meet table times and maintain efficient case flow
- Oversee patient preparation, surgical setup, and post-procedure readiness
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all surgical processes
- Lead training for surgical technicians and assistants in OR protocols and best practices
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and infection control protocols
- Support onboarding and skill development of new team members
- Partner with leadership to ensure consistent training and performance standards
- Maintain sterilization processes and ensure all instruments meet compliance standards
- Monitor inventory, sterilization cycles, and equipment maintenance logs
- Ensure adherence to OSHA, DEA, and hospital safety standards
- Identify workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care
- 5–10 years of experience in a surgical or operating room environment (veterinary preferred)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and sterilization processes
- Proven ability to lead, train, and develop team members
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
