This role is responsible for performing small service projects, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on a variety of equipment and systems in commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and/or electrical background, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial environments
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on systems according to service schedules
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and company policies
- Provide accurate documentation of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and recommended solutions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working condition
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in working with industry tools such as vacuum pump, recovery machine, volt meter, refrigeration gauges, etc..
- Must pass pre-hire requirements including background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
- Ability to utilize necessary software to process paperwork (ex. iPad/Computer)
