Duties
- Conduct routine property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure optimal property condition
- Manage tenant relations by answering inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service in line with Fair Housing regulations
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents using Buildium or similar property management software
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to oversee property maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Handle administrative tasks such as phone etiquette, filing, data entry, and legal administrative support related to landlord-tenant law and lease negotiations
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills and conflict management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles and property maintenance procedures
