Key Responsibilities
- Repair, build, and install patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Operate equipment such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Install pavers and natural stone
- Prepare surfaces for hardscape installation
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be 18 years or older
- At least 2 years of experience installing pavers
- Safety-oriented
- Ability to lift 80 pounds
- Proficient in operating standard worksite machinery such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
