We are seeking a hands-on Welder/Fabricator Foreman to lead daily welding and fabrication operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising a team of welders and fabricators, ensuring production schedules are met, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The Foreman will also actively participate in welding and fabrication work while driving continuous improvement across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of welders and fabricators
- Assign work, monitor production schedules, and ensure on-time completion of jobs
- Ensure all work is completed according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to team members
- Conduct inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and workmanship
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to resolve production issues
- Enforce all company safety policies and promote a strong safety culture
- Assist with onboarding, training, and skill development of team members
- Track material usage and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and production performance
- Maintain accurate production and departmental reporting
- Perform welding and fabrication work as needed to support production demands
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Welding Certification required
- Technical training in Welding Technology, Fabrication, or related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of welding and fabrication experience in a manufacturing environment required
- 2 years of supervisory, lead, or foreman experience preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
