Job Description
The Medical Staff Support Director is responsible for directing and managing daily departmental operations of all imaging departments at Piedmont Macon Medical Center.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Provide operational leadership to ensure the smooth operation of Imaging Services.
- Staff Management: Manage all support and technical personnel.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that departmental operations meet established criteria and standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in Radiology, Business Management, Health Science, Finance or related field.
- Skills: High degree of technical knowledge in all imaging specialty areas including CT, MR, IR, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography and Diagnostics.
- Leadership: Must be self-motivated with the ability to direct and manage a diverse group of employees.
