Job Summary
This role provides critical support to Piedmont Macon by overseeing the administrative and financial aspects of Imaging Services. Key responsibilities include resource management, budgeting, planning, human resources, marketing activities, and daily operations across all imaging departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directs and manages departmental operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develops and manages budgets for all cost centers.
- Covers material management functions, including procurement and inventory control.
- Leads and manages a diverse team of technical and support personnel.
- Maintains accurate cost tracking and analysis.
- Collaborates with Administrative and Medical Directors to establish departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Business Management, Health Science, Finance, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of imaging specialties, including CT, MR, IR, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and Diagnostics.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
