Piedmont Community Servies is seeking a Unit Supervisor to supervise the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) for Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. The CSU Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. Assisting service leads in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and facility needs. Provides services to individuals, families, and groups as needed to meet the program's goals. Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, client's families, other community service board (CSB) programs, and external resources. Must be LMHP with a minimum of 3 years of experience in provision of mental health services. Must have a valid driver's license. Supervisory experience preferred.
