Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Showroom Sales Manager based in New York, NY. The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, manage a team, and drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, providing guidance on product selection, maintaining showroom displays, and collaborating with designers, architects, and contractors to meet their project needs. The role requires effective communication and leadership skills to achieve sales targets and create a positive client experience.

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience working with Showrooms, including creating visually appealing displays and maintaining inventory.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives efficiently.
- Knowledge of or experience in the premium flooring or interior design industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills are preferred.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
