Position Overview
The RevOps Specialist will help build Pictor Labs’ revenue operations foundation from the ground up. This is a hands-on execution role focused on implementing systems, processes, and reporting that enable predictable pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and scalable GTM execution.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff who owns the company’s GTM strategy, revenue architecture, attribution model, and operating system. Your role is to implement, operate, and continuously improve the RevOps engine inside that framework.
This role partners daily with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure clean data, consistent processes, and reliable insights across the full customer lifecycle.
This is an ideal role for someone with 2–3 years of RevOps or Sales Ops experience who wants to learn how a modern revenue engine is built inside a fast-growing AI / healthtech startup.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Foundations
- Implement and maintain core RevOps systems and workflows based on defined GTM strategy
- Ensure CRM (HubSpot) hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across leads, accounts, and opportunities
- Support pipeline tracking, stage definitions, and close-date discipline
- Assist in building reliable reporting for pipeline, bookings, and forecast visibility
Sales Operations & CRM Execution
- Own day-to-day CRM administration (HubSpot): fields, workflows, automations, dashboards
- Ensure 100% lead routing, SLA compliance, and opportunity updates
- Support AE workflow efficiency by reducing manual admin work
- Maintain opportunity stage progression and next-step tracking
Forecasting & Reporting Support
- Support weekly and monthly forecast reporting
- Track deal movement, slippage, and risk flags
- Produce standard dashboards for leadership review (pipeline health, conversion rates, product mix)
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean data for revenue reporting
Marketing & Lead Operations
- Support lead capture, routing, and qualification processes
- Ensure accurate source, campaign, and product tagging
- Partner with Marketing on basic attribution reporting and funnel diagnostics
- Track conference and event lead performance
Customer Lifecycle & Renewal Support
- Assist with onboarding workflows and handoff processes
- Implement renewal alerts and usage tracking where applicable
- Support expansion and renewal reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales to ensure CRM adoption and process compliance
- Partner with Marketing and RevOps leadership on funnel performance
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, order forms, and reporting
- Escalate data quality or process risks early
Qualifications
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
- Experience working in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or startup environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfort working with dashboards, reports, and basic funnel analytics
- Ability to follow defined attribution and forecasting models
- Experience configuring CRM workflows and automations
Working Style
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable executing in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Willing to learn and take direction from senior operators
- Strong collaborator who enjoys building systems that scale
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or regulated markets
- Experience supporting sales teams with long or complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with marketing automation or lead scoring concepts
- Interest in AI-enabled GTM systems
Why This Role Is Different
This is not a “button-pusher” RevOps role, and it’s not a senior architecture role either.
You’ll learn how a modern revenue engine is built, working directly with a transformational operator who owns strategy and scale. This role offers rare exposure to GTM design, attribution, and commercialization in a category-defining AI healthtech company.
