Front Desk Agent

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

This role is part time, 10-15 hours/week, with room for more.

Staff members receive a free membership, and half off court time. Pay is DOE, with a range of $12-$14 plus tips

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using our software.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services, memberships, and other questions.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintain the front desk and facility in an organized and tidy manner.
• Verify guest ID of 21 for beer wall drinkers, and process their tabs.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and relay messages to appropriate staff members.
• Collaborate with other team members, coaches, and management to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Experience playing pickleball and familiar with the terminology, lingo, and game flow.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
• First Aid / CPR is a plus.
