The Role: The Heart of the Kingdom
As a Member Experience Specialist, you are the Director of First Impressions. You are the face of the club and the air traffic controller for our 14 courts. You ensure that every member feels like royalty from the moment they walk in until their last dink of the day.
Key Responsibilities
Member Experience & Hospitality
- Host the Party: Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for all members and guests.
- The Knowledge Hub: Educate members on Open Play, DUPR ratings, court reservations, and club programming.
- Account Growth: Assist with membership inquiries, billing support, and new member onboarding.
- Communication: Manage phones and emails with a professional, "how can I help?" attitude.
Club Operations & Administration
- Flow Management: Coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure lessons and clinics start on time and run smoothly.
- Visual Standards: Maintain a "Kingdom-level" clean and organized front desk and pro-shop area.
- Inventory: Keep an eye on the essentials and alert management when it’s time to restock the gear players love.
