Responsibilities
- Greet members, guests, and prospective clients with professionalism and warmth
- Conduct tours for prospective members and explain membership benefits
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
- Accurately record member information, process payments, and manage accounts
- Schedule classes, court reservations, and appointments
- Assist with membership sales and renewals
- Jump in to play pickleball with guests as and when needed
- Enforce facility policies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Friendly, professional, and reliable
- Passion for health, fitness, and community engagement
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience (2 years preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic
- Pickleball playing skills
- Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for evenings and weekends is a plus
Salary : $16 - $20
