What You'll Do
- Support the Membership Director in delivering exceptional member experiences
- Lead and develop member services staff, including scheduling and payroll support
- Drive membership engagement, retention, and program enrollment
- Oversee front-line operations, including registration (in-person, phone, and online)
- Analyze and report on membership data, renewals, and trends
- Serve approximately 20 hours/week in a front-line Member Services role
- Assist with annual campaigns and community outreach
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in customer service (preferred)
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to connect with diverse populations and build relationships
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
