Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready and properly stored according to food safety standards
- Support cooking processes by following recipes and instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing work surfaces
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Help with banquet setup and service, ensuring timely delivery of quality meals for events or large groups
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance when interacting with guests or serving staff
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel kitchens is highly desirable

- Experience with banquet service, bussing, or hospitality environments is a plus
