SUMMARY:
Seeking individuals with strong business management to support the growth of a reputable Medi-*Spa. Candidate must have a solid track record in Business Planning, Organization, Marketing,* and day-to-day operations management.
Candidates must possess a cheerful, positive can-do attitude and must be passionate about the beauty industry.
- Meet sales plans and expectations
- Create and execute daily strategies to achieve the store-level plan
- Provide leadership in a professional and positive manner to promote our mission.
- Lead and engage in a sales-driven environment
- Consistently encourage staff to up-sell and coach on selling tactics
- Plan, coordinate, and execute new product or treatment lines
- Manage staff schedules and store budget
- Recruit and identify staffing needs, make sound hiring decisions.
- Train and develop staff, evaluate staff performance against company standards
- Monitor all employee time & attendance
- Responsible for establishing and managing spa operations policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, secure, & amp clean working environment
- Responsible for ensuring proper opening and closing procedures are executed
- Resolve difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters
- Maintain excellent appearance of the store, cleanliness, merchandising, and staff grooming
- Implement new store promotions, including signage, merchandise, scripts, and POP materials
- Manage and maintain supplies and inventory
- Plan, organize, execute, and attend promotional events and update our social media
· Full-Time position ( 32-40 Hours / Week)
· Saturdays (tbd)
· Rate: $22 to $28/ Hour
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
