ABOUT PICADELI: Picadeli makes fresh, affordable, customizable salad-bar meals easy to find in grocery stores. THE ROLE: We are hiring a reliable, positive Brand Ambassador to run in-store food sampling at rotating Pittsburgh-area grocery stores. You will invite shoppers to try Picadeli, explain how the salad bar works, answer questions, and help create a welcoming customer experience. SCHEDULE AND PAY: $25 per hour; part-time W-2 employee; 16-20 hours per week; four-hour weekday lunch shifts, 4-5 days per week; rotating Pittsburgh-area grocery stores, typically changing stores weekly. Training and support from the Picadeli team. Free Picadeli lunch during scheduled sampling shifts. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Set up and maintain a clean, inviting sampling station; prepare and hand out food samples while following food-safety procedures; start friendly conversations, explain Picadeli, answer questions, and encourage trial; coordinate professionally with store staff; complete simple mobile reporting and share customer feedback after each shift. YOU ARE A STRONG FIT IF YOU ARE: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently; positive and a strong communicator who enjoys engaging customers; comfortable approaching shoppers; able to travel reliably to rotating Pittsburgh-area stores; comfortable using a smartphone for simple reporting; able to stand for a four-hour shift and lift up to 25 pounds.
