As Project Manager, you will lead new key product and process development initiatives from concept through completion. You’ll engage closely with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional departments to drive successful outcomes, overcome challenges creatively, and deliver measurable business impact.
Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and stakeholder input.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Materials teams to plan engineering and pilot production runs.
- Develop and maintain project documentation in compliance with ISO/AS/ITAR requirements.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project/program management experience in new product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
