Key Project Requirements
- 15 years supporting large-scale power generation, energy infrastructure, mission-critical, or data center developments.
- 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams on major capital projects.
- Proven experience supporting projects exceeding $500M in capital value.
- Strong background in utility-scale power generation, EPC execution, and large infrastructure development; hyperscale data center experience strongly preferred.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical guidance to project leadership on major engineering, construction, commercial, and execution decisions.
- Oversee integration of large-scale power generation, substations, transmission infrastructure, utility interconnections, and data center power requirements.
- Support technical reviews of data center infrastructure, campus utility strategies, site development, and mission-critical systems.
- Provide oversight of EPC contractor performance, technical milestones, design changes, constructability, and project risks.
- Review major civil, electrical, mechanical, cooling, fuel, fire protection, and control system interfaces.
- Support commissioning, integrated systems testing, energization, startup, and operational readiness activities.
- Coordinate resolution of significant technical, construction, commissioning, and startup issues.
- Interface with project leadership, EPC contractors, utilities, hyperscale customers, engineering consultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale power generation, energy infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
- Strong knowledge of utility-scale power systems, generation infrastructure, and utility interconnections.
- Experience with EPC contract delivery models and multidisciplinary engineering/construction programs.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical oversight across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, startup, system turnover, and operational readiness.
- Ability to communicate technical risks, recommendations, and project status to executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline required.
- 15 years of relevant energy, power generation, mission-critical, or data center development experience.
- 10 years leading multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
- Experience delivering projects exceeding $500M in capital value required.
- Gas-fired power generation, hyperscale data center, AI/HPC campus, and PJM interconnection experience preferred.
- PE license and/or PMP certification preferred.
