Piala’s Nursery & Garden Shop, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Professional to undertake a variety of tasks to support business operations at all levels. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the preference of the right candidate. One weekly weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required from April through October.
Responsibilities:
- Successfully work with other departments within the company to enhance the work environment, customer satisfaction, and success of the company
- Talent acquisition through managing multiple job postings across various media and platforms
- Proactive talent recruiting through resume searches, resume screening, interview scheduling and follow up, and presentation of job offer documents.
- Develop and monitor annual recruitment budget.
- Develop promotional and informational material
- Media coordination across several platforms
- Website maintenance
- Social media posts for marketing, recruiting and business operation purposes
- Process reports including inventory reports, job profitability, annual budgets and department analysis
- Assist in the processing of internal documents across different software applications, including sales orders and purchase orders.
- Assist in creating and processing internal documents for off-site crews including labor and materials used for payroll and job costing purposes
- Accounts Receivable processing and support as needed
- Assist with company procedures and fill in where needed
