Role Description The Chief Marketing/Product Officer is a part-time, equity based, hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility to work from home for a most of the time. This is a dual role - leads go-to-market strategy for PiPro.AI’s products and services, including defining target markets, positioning, and messaging also provide product insights and roadmaps on existing product 75% Marketing-25% Product.
Responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing brand presence, and aligning GTM plans with sales objectives. The Chief Marketing/Product Officer will partner closely with leadership and product teams to refine value propositions, support launches, and optimize customer acquisition and engagement across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing performance metrics, guiding market research, supervising marketing content and social media initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders. Also creates product vision and roadmap direction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
- 2 Years Market Research and Marketing skills, including experience defining target segments, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- 2 years in product development
- Proficiency in Communication and Social Media Marketing, with the ability to craft clear narratives and manage multi-channel campaigns.
- Demonstrated Sales acumen, with a track record of supporting revenue growth through integrated marketing and GTM initiatives.
- Experience leading marketing or GTM functions in technology or AI-driven companies, preferably in a senior or executive capacity.
- Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid environment in Los Angeles, CA, collaborating in person and remotely as needed.
- Data-driven mindset, comfort with analytics tools, and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills, including cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and team mentorship.
