Role Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Receiving Coordinator to work in our logistics/warehouse department based in our Shrewsbury, MA office. This is a full-time temp to perm position, Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. Successful performance and attendance during the initial 90 days will transition into a permanent position. This position will be responsible to receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials, product, and equipment.

Responsibilities
- Match packing slips and delivery notes with purchase orders and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams for any non-conformances or rejections.
- Maintain accurate records of received materials using ERP management systems (Infor).
- Communicate with vendors and carriers regarding delivery schedules and issues.
- Prepare receiving reports and assist in inventory cycle counts or audits.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to warehouse organization, material flow, and safety practices.
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area.
- Collaborate with the shipping and warehousing teams to ensure efficient material flow and production readiness.
- Follow 5S and lean manufacturing principles and practices in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
Skills and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities
- Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
The pay range for this role is $25-$35 per hour. Compensation is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.
