Pharmacy Innovations is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and organized Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join our Pharmacy Technician Team. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, inspecting goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that stock is properly stored and accounted for. The ideal candidate is dependable, accurate, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
In this role you will:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Verify packing slips, invoices, and purchase orders to ensure inventory matches.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by documenting stock levels, discrepancies and adjustments.
- Record received items into inventory management systems.
- Sort, label and properly store products in designated areas.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.
- Report discrepancies, damaged items, or inventory issues to supervisors.
- Prepare and stage materials or products for internal use or shipping.
- Collaborate with purchasing, shipping, and other departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all operational procedures, safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents.
- Perform other tasks or duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Basic computer skills required
- Excel, Outlook, Teams and familiarity with inventory software preferred
- Ability to learn and work in multiple software programs
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in receiving, inventory control or warehouse preferred

Schedule:
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is an in-person position, remote work is not available.
