Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and highly professional Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, employee experience, facilities management, and administrative support functions. This is a highly visible role that interacts with employees across all levels of the organization, external clients, vendors, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities
Office Operations & Facilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office.
- Liaise with building management, engineers, and third-party vendors to ensure a professional and efficient workplace environment.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with office expansions, relocations, and support for additional office locations as needed.
Employee Experience & Events
- Oversee office amenities and employee services, including meal and catering programs.
- Plan and execute company events, including holiday parties, summer events, town halls, happy hours, and employee engagement activities.
- Support onboarding efforts for new hires, including workspace preparation, technology coordination, and office orientation.
Travel & Administrative Support
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and conference logistics.
- Troubleshoot travel-related issues and provide support when unexpected changes arise.
- Track travel activity and assist with internal reporting requirements.
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, restaurant reservations, and handling time-sensitive requests.
Financial & Operational Administration
- Process invoices and track office-related expenses.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate vendor payments and recordkeeping.
- Maintain physical and electronic records related to office operations and administrative functions.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and implement operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a junior office team member.
- Help establish best practices and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of office management, workplace operations, executive support, corporate services, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating events, managing vendors, and overseeing office operations.
- Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general business technology.
- Experience within professional services, corporate, financial services, consulting, legal, or similar environments is a plus.
