This role is within Global Technology Enterprise Platforms (GTEP) and supports the U.S. IT Expansion Program. This role coordinates day-to-day IT infrastructure across the U.S. and partners with global teams to support delivery, service management, and regulatory alignment. This is a highly visible role with exposure to enterprise-scale infrastructure and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for IT infrastructure requests, coordinating with global teams to streamline intake, prioritize work, and eliminate duplication
- Support delivery of U.S. infrastructure initiatives across servers, networks, storage, and data center environments
- Assist in managing U.S. service operations for globally delivered IT services, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, SLAs, and risk standards
- Coordinate and support the resolution of high-severity infrastructure incidents, working with global technical teams for escalation and remediation
- Drive clear and timely communication to business and technical stakeholders on incidents, changes, and operational impacts
- Support IT audit and regulatory requests by coordinating documentation, gathering evidence, and ensuring timely responses
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or service management
- Strong understanding of infrastructure domains, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including the ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
- Proven ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
