Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist at GCO, you will be responsible for delivering individualized, high-quality rehabilitation care. Your role includes evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, patient education, and ongoing progress assessment—all aimed at restoring function and improving quality of life.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with referring physicians, including orthopedic specialists
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Louisiana
- Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
- Dedication to continuous learning and excellence in patient care
