Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist at GCO, you will be responsible for providing individualized, high-quality rehabilitation services. From initial assessment through treatment and patient education, you’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve optimal functional recovery in an advanced outpatient setting.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and referring providers
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
- Document all care and progress in compliance with applicable regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical environment
- Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communication, and time management skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
- Active and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Louisiana
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with electronic medical records and digital workflows
- Commitment to high-quality outcomes and ongoing professional development
