Your Role:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans using best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, surgeons, and other therapy staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises and recovery strategies.
- Use electronic medical records to streamline care and improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
- Current or pending Physical Therapy license in Indiana.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
