The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with a keen understanding of developing marketing materials and systems to track their referrals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring practices, marketing locations, and other small businesses which would refer patients.
- Collaborate with social media team to create effective campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance outreach efforts.
- Oversee advertising initiatives across various platforms, including print and digital.
- Conduct market research on our past patients to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Formulate marketing initiatives based off of the information acquired from market research.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress for website management and content updates.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Excel for marketing material development and referral management.
- Familiarity with print advertising strategies and execution.
- Experience with marketing automation tools to optimize customer engagement.
- Proficient in social media marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating persuasive marketing content.
