Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa, one of the leading multi-specialty physician clinics in the area, is seeking full time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its Orthopedics department.
Primary duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Patient care including rooming patients and updating information in the EMR.
- Provide assistance to providers/nursing staff.
- Stocking and maintenance of rooms.
- Assist with casting and suture/staple removal, as needed.
- Support nursing staff with clerical work such as faxing and scanning paperwork for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Previous experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong Commitment to patient care and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, reliability, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn electronic medical record EMR and related computer systems.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and clinical best practices.
