PHYSICIAN MEDICAL EXPERT – Orthopaedic Surgery
Location: Oldsmar, Florida (Tampa Bay area)
Responsibilities
Perform Independent/Compulsory Medical Examinations (IME/CME), Records Reviews and
provide Expert Witness Services relating to personal injury, medical malpractice and
Worker’s Compensation claims.
No treatment or establishment of patient care
No on-call
No required travel
Requirements
Active/unrestricted Florida licensed (M.D.) Physician
Board Certification
Consistency of developing opinions based on accepted medical standards of care
Producing timely reports
Board specialty training relating to the conditions being evaluated for the CME or Records
Review.
