Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Coordination:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the home care company.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and documentation.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to enhance productivity and workflow.
- Maintain records and databases, including patient information, financial data, and employee records.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
2. Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate administrative staff members.
