Psychiatrist - Child and Adolescent

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Psychiatrist - Child and Adolescent to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services from primary and preventive care, to specialty services for children and adults, all designed to keep our community healthy. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Opportunity Details

• Evaluation, treatment and provision of direct care to child and adolescent patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate and provide consultation with the primary care emergency room pediatric service.
• Supervise and teach residents and medical students.
• Provide clinical guidance to other members of the healthcare team, as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement and quality management projects, as assigned.
