Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a part-time Psychiatrist - Assertive Community Treatment to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Jacobi. Jacobi Medical Center is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center. Opportunity Details
- Position can be made full-time by combining with 0.6 FTE in CPEP or Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (Fellowship training will be required for Consultation-Liaison).
- Collaborate with the team leader and multidisciplinary team, providing direct clinical care for a cohort of ACT patients.
- Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
- Participate in innovative integrative care activities.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with other clinical staff on the ACT Team.
Salary : $107,160 - $111,280
