Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Psychiatrist - Addiction Services to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus featuring the new 11-floor Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital which provides emergency care, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The new Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services, from primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults, all designed to keep our community healthy. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine to maintain its high standards of healthcare delivery.

Opportunity Details
- Provide clinical care for patients in the outpatient addiction clinic and opioid treatment program.
- Diagnose substance use disorders and non-substance related addiction disorders and recommend treatment that considers levels of care criteria.
- Assist medical leadership with Quality Assurance and Process Improvement projects as needed.
- Teach and train fellows, residents, and medical students rotating on addiction services, as well as preparing didactic presentations as needed.
Salary : $267,900 - $278,200
