Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:

Full-time Data Entry and Customer Service position. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate who will work at our NYC Wall St. location. You will be expected to scan documents, process mail, interact with multiple computer-based applications, answer phones, greet walk-in customers, and perform general housekeeping.

Job Duties:

• Exhibit top‐tier customer service to our clients
• Handle highly sensitive escalated customer service issues
• From time to time, handle walk-in customer requests
• Provide support for miscellaneous requests with a "can-do" attitude and philosophy
• Recordkeeping
• Stocking of supplies
• Facilitate shipments
• Sorting mail
• Scanning mail
• Filing mail
• Shredding

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 Customer Service
• Ability to accurately type 45 words/minute
• Expertise with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word & Outlook
• High integrity with a proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Positive Attitude
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Good communication skills
• Good typing skills
• Accountable and responsible
• Reliable and dependable

Preferred Skills:

• Desired: Prior Data Entry experience
• Desired: Prior Mailroom/Warehouse experience
