Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to support rehabilitation, pain reduction, and improved function. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, setting measurable goals, and documenting all care in accordance with regulatory and company standards. The role involves close collaboration with referring providers, other rehabilitation professionals, and support staff to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. The Physical Therapist will also educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness, and may contribute to quality improvement and clinic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical foundation in Physical Therapy, with expertise in Rehabilitation and Patient Care.
- Comfort applying principles of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
- Ability to design and monitor Home Care or home exercise programs that support continued progress outside the clinic.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Arizona.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Effective communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patient populations and interdisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of professional ethics and patient confidentiality.
- Prior outpatient orthopedics or sports/rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
